Prioritization of a business line related to the commercialization of fruit pulps to improve their key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analysis
Out of 7 initial business lines, a financial analysis was conducted to examine the economic feasibility of each, leading to the selection of this intermediate product based on the company's context.
Result
Operations, functions, roles, and machinery were restructured. Additionally, a new target market was chosen, and commercial channels were prioritized. The company is currently in negotiation for capital injection from investors.
